DESIGN MANUAL

A series of images demonstrating the city design guidelines for development in a mid-sized city. Each image displays a different type of city environment - from residential, business, commercial, and parklands to a mixture of all of the above. 

The images clearly illustrate various aspects of the design guidelines while at the same time providing a look at imaginary city streets vibrant with happy denizens.

These illustrations were part of a publication that won two design awards at the 2016 Australian Institute of Landscape Architects Awards
