history's worst mayors

History has been quite long, so the number of terrible mayors who have ever existed has really piled up by this point. This illustration accompanied an article counting down the most unexpected (and dare I say at least marginally inept) mayors of the lot - from an ill-tempered chimp (pictured left) to a literal cadaver. They were uniformly all quite bad at their jobs.
